AccordWare was founded by Matt Czmer and Tamer Ibrahim in the spring of 2005. Prior to that, Matt and Tamer worked at FlexBen Corp, a prominent and an early pioneer of flexible benefits consulting and administration.
In its early days, AccordWare provided technical services in the Flexible Spending and Employee Wellness arena all the while developing Software as a Service (SaaS), BenXpress.
AccordWare continues to invest in its technology and the people who power it, with all the development and customer service provided exclusively by the AccordWare team in Troy, MI. BenXpress continues to grow, and it’s now the main service provided by AccordWare, with hundreds of thousands of employee enrollments every year.
